Reiki Level I Attunement

During the introductory Reiki Level I Attunement Workshop, the Reiki student will…

• Learn the history of and lineage of Reiki
• Be attuned to the Reiki energy
• Learn the basic hand positions for self-treatment and the treatment of others
• Learn ways to use Reiki in his/her own life
• Learn how to build Reiki energy in the body
• Learn the proper maintenence and management of Reiki energy
• Practice self-healing techniques in class
• Practice table-top and chair style Reiki healing in class on others
• Take home a Reiki Level I manual for future reference and study

Reiki Level I works on the physical body, helping to purify the individual on the material level.

Reiki Level I Attunement Workshop lasts approximately two hours depending on the size of the class.
